Client Project Ownership

Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables as specified in their service agreement. FSGRID retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FSGRID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Modifications to Terms

FSGRID reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
